AMCs allowed pension digital account opening

ISLAMABAD: Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP) has allowed plus Management firms (AMCs) for digital retirement savings account gap.

A Circular No. 03 of 2021 has been issued beneath that the SECP allowed Pension Fund Managers registered beneath Voluntary Pension System Rules, 2005 to digitally open individual pension accounts by compliant with the necessities prescribed for digital account gap by AMCs vide circular thirty-five, 2020 dated December thirty, 2020.

Pension Fund Managers shall in the slightest degree times go with all necessities of AML Act, 2020 and AML/CFT rules, 2020 issued by the SECP from time to time.
